Throughout the past several years, this office has strategically sought to align itself with individual business professionals that offer the same quality, dedication and expertise that we have always remained committed to.  Therefore, we would like to take this opportunity to familiarize everyone with John Fisher of Legal Nurse Consulting, LLC.

John is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors of Science Degree.  In addition, John is also a Certified Flight Registered Nurse, Certified EMT-Paramedic and a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant.  With his more than 20 years experience in pre-hospital, emergency and critical care, and more than 6 years experience in performing medical chart audits, John is exceptionally familiar with the latest practices and standards of care in these environments. 

In light of the recent and ever increasing newspaper articles and televised media stories relative to the increasing medical malpractice incidents that have gone unreported and were never properly investigated by the appropriate state authorities, Johns experience in this field, has already demonstrated the need for his expertise as a Legal Nurse Consultant. 

In combination with Johns experience and extensive knowledge of the standards of care protocols, pre-hospital through intensive care chart reviewing techniques and the investigative services provided by this office, your client’s will be getting the absolute best resources to further enhance their claim.  As you are well aware, the insurance companies have these resources readily on hand to assist with the defense of your client’s claim.  Therefore, it is our strong belief that you and your client’s should have the same ability to have access to these same services, when evaluating and preparing your client’s case.
